Thank you for choosing XITUU Vietnam Visa Center. Please read this refund policy carefully before making a payment. By placing an order and paying, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to this policy.
1. Full refund:
If you request cancellation before your visa application is accepted (i.e., before we have submitted it to the Vietnam Immigration Department), or if your visa is refused for reasons not attributable to you, we will refund in full all fees you have paid (including the service fee and government charges).
2. Change fee:
If you need to change your visa details after the application has been accepted, we will help you resubmit the application and charge a CNY 50 service fee plus the visa fee for the corresponding visa type.
3. Expedited service not issued on time:
If the expedited service is not issued within the promised timeframe, no additional fee will be charged and the visa will be processed for you free of charge (we will reprocess it at no cost and arrange issuance for you as soon as possible).
1. Cancellation after acceptance (application already submitted to the Vietnam Immigration Department):
Once a visa application is submitted, it enters the official review process; the government charges have already been incurred and cannot be recovered, so no refund is available for an application that has been submitted.
2. Visa refusal for reasons attributable to you:
Including but not limited to providing false information, inaccurate documents, a passport valid for less than the required period, or failure to disclose a prior refusal record, etc.—the fees already paid will not be refunded.
1. If visa processing fails or is delayed due to our own reasons (such as incorrect or omitted documents, or operational errors), we will reprocess it for you free of charge, with no additional fee.
2. If, after issuance, an error is found in the visa page and it is attributable to our responsibility, we will reprocess it for you free of charge.
1. The refund will be returned to the same account you used to pay (WeChat / Alipay).
2. We will initiate the refund within 3 business days of confirming your refund request.
3. The refund usually reaches your account within 3–7 business days, depending on the processing time of the payment channel.

When requesting a refund, please provide your order number and the reason; we will review it and respond to you within 1–3 business days.
1. For the government charges involved in a full refund, we will advance the refund to you first; this loss is borne by us, and you do not need to wait for a refund from the Vietnam Immigration Department.
2. This refund policy applies to all visa-processing service orders on this website.
3. Matters not covered herein shall be resolved through friendly consultation between the parties.
