1. To process your visa application: to submit your visa application information and documents to the Vietnam Immigration Department (a necessary step to complete the visa service).

3. Notifying you of the visa outcome (by email / SMS / in-site message).
4. After-sales service and responding to your inquiries.
5. To fulfill obligations under laws and regulations (such as tax and cybersecurity requirements).
6. Other uses to which you have separately consented (such as sending marketing messages, which you may decline at any time).
1. Retention period: order-related data is kept for no less than 3 years after the order is completed (as required by the E-Commerce Law); financial records are retained as required by tax law; where laws and regulations provide otherwise, such provisions apply.
2. Storage location: the data is stored on servers within the People's Republic of China. To process your visa, your application information will be transmitted to the Vietnam Immigration Department; such transmission falls under the circumstance of "being necessary for entering into and performing a contract to which the individual is a party," and we expressly inform you of this in this policy.
1. We provide your information only to agencies necessary for processing the visa (such as the Vietnam Immigration Department) and to payment-channel service providers.
2. Except as described above, we will not sell or provide your personal information to any third party without your consent.
